The short version

The salary figures you type into any calculator on this site are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to us, never stored on a server, and never logged. Close the tab and they're gone.

What we collect

SweldoCalc does not have user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal detail. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful — this records page URLs, referring sites, approximate country-level location, and device type in aggregate. It does not identify you.

One preference is stored locally in your browser: your light or dark theme choice. It stays on your device and is not readable by us.

Advertising

This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. We link to official sources — SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and the BIR — so you can verify any figure yourself. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

This site is intended for working-age adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will be noted on the site.
