Why this exists
Most Filipinos see a payslip with deductions already taken out and no explanation of how they were computed. The rules are public — SSS circulars, PhilHealth advisories, HDMF circulars, the TRAIN law tax tables — but they're scattered across PDFs and written for payroll officers, not for the person whose salary it is.
SweldoCalc puts those rules in one place and shows the working. Every calculator shows not just the answer but the basis: which Monthly Salary Credit bracket you fell into, what your taxable income was after contributions, and what your employer pays on top that never appears on your payslip.

How the numbers are kept accurate
Every rate on this site comes from one versioned source file. The contribution tables, the calculators, and the salary breakdown pages all read from that same file, so a rate can never be right on one page and stale on another. When an agency issues a new schedule, one file changes and the whole site updates together.
The current 2026 figures are drawn from:
- SSS Circular 2024-006 — Contribution schedule effective January 2025, carried into 2026.
- PhilHealth Advisory PA2025-0002 — Premium rate held at 5%; scheduled increase deferred.
- HDMF Circular No. 460 — Membership contribution rates and maximum fund salary.
- TRAIN Law (RA 10963), rates from 1 January 2023 — Graduated income tax rates for individuals.
What this site is not
SweldoCalc gives general information, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Payroll practice varies between employers — some split contributions across semi-monthly cut-offs, some include allowances in the contribution base, some apply company-specific deductions. If the numbers here don't match your payslip, your HR or payroll department is the authority on your specific case, and SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and the BIR are the authorities on the rules.
